Hard Times Shall Pass

I recently encountered a difficult situation when one of my clients presented me with an ultimatum: commit to full-time work or risk losing my part-time position. While the work itself wasn't particularly challenging, I realized that the project's values didn't align with my own. In retrospect, I believe this was a blessing in disguise. It forced me to reevaluate my priorities and ultimately made me realize that it was time to move on.

While losing a client is never easy, I believe that this experience has ultimately been a positive one. It has helped me to clarify my values and priorities, and I am confident that it will lead to better opportunities in the future.

After recently losing that client, I've realized the importance of finding a client who values their employees beyond just work, business, and monetary aspects.

Despite the setback, I remain optimistic about finding a new client who recognizes the importance of employee well-being and fosters a positive work culture ✨
